It is a fair concept. We should get paid for Our Information, our contribution.
Their unlimited buffets go One Way. Collection & use according to their interests. They don’t even put mechanisms in place to delete info (or find out what they have about us) should we request it -why should they spend money to put any mechanism in place. They will spend all money to collect info and make computations on it in Their interest Only. Nothing in return, for each use, nor even allowing trivial mechanism for us. Nor a expiration date for use of any part of it.
Geeze, even criminal activity has astatute of limitations. And name can be cleared. Trial dates can be had (well, in Some countries, at least, a semblance of aFair trial can usually be had).
Corporations & data is like a land mine. Like free money. No wonder companies with resources (manpower, money, intelligence) are all going there. Sure it takes resources to develop, but the upside is unlimited.
Hmm..interesting idea. With merit.
How could it be implemented or policed? One can ask these questions. Companies can certainly argue it.. but how can they share that question in the positive when it is not their greedy perspective?
It is Amazing, the technological feats they create, when motivated.
And, site, I’ve but seen a perfect system yet, but trying ons best, and staying this side of humanity (humanitarian concerns) always helps.
